In what was the most lopsided affair of the season, Fuck Marist triumphed over Marist College 15-0. Yes, 15-0. 

Highlights…or lowlights if you were on Marist:

-According to the Elias Sports Bureau, this was the first shutout in our league's history. Aided greatly by a stingy and very prudish defense, Wilson recorded the first complete game shutout in league history.

-Fuck Marist scored all they would need in the first inning on Kevin's rbi single that scored Tommy.

-CJ, with 5 rbi, has overtaken Jimmy as the leader in the category (32-31).

-With his plate appearance in the 6th inning (which culminated in a strikeout), Wilson broke the single season record for plate appearances with 85. He broke it again later in the 8th inning. (Previous record holder was Roger)

-Marist College stranded runners on base in every inning except for the 3rd and 9th, 15 in all, 8 of which were in scoring position.

-There were 9 fielding errors committed; 6 by Marist, 3 by Fuck Marist. There were countless mental errors and baserunning blunders. The most egregious of these were...well I can't really pick one, so I'll say all of them were bad.

-In what is likely the most spontaneous celebration in the history of humanity, Fuck Marist chanted "Fuck the Fox" for a good 30 seconds after Pete caught Steve's fly ball to end the game.
